All semi-custom items are final sale unless product arrives damaged or incorrectly printed. This does not include printing of customer information mistyped or not spell checked or read thoroughly. Once mockup is approved by client, design is final and not the fault of Derriere Design. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for economy/ground shipping. We offer upgraded shipping options at checkout.

After approval of proofs, this item will take 3-5 days to produce. Any revision requests may extend the ship window accordingly.

We suggest planning for your items to arrive at a minimum, one week prior to your event, in case of any delays in production or transit that may be out of your control.

If you are having us address your envelopes and have selected "recipient address" in our options for your order, please upload your addresses in a PDF file (excel sheets are not accepted) with Names in one column, street address, city and state in another and zipcode in the last column (3 columns total).

Please capitalize names and use the appropriate LANE, AVE., STREET, etc. or it potentially will not be delivered. If they are out of the country, please include all address information like country and code in additional columns. We print with the same casing as your submit, so if there is a lowercase street name, it will print as such.
